Payment methods

RexPay supports a wide variety of methods for your customers to pay you, across a wide range of countries. When accepting payments, you can specify what payment methods you are willing to accept from your customers.

Card Payments

Payment Process

• ▪ Customers enter their card details. Card number, expiry date and CVV
• ▪ Payment authorization via OTP sent to the card owner's phone number
• ▪ Upon successful verification, the payment is completed.

Bank Transfer

Payment Process

• ▪ Customers select their preferred bank.
• ▪ A bank transfer code and account details are displayed.
• ▪ Customers complete the transfer using their banking app or online banking.
• ▪ The system confirms the transfer and completes the payment.

USSD Payments

Payment Process

• ▪ Customers choose the USSD payment option.
• ▪ They select their bank from the list provided.
• ▪ The relevant USSD code for their bank is displayed
• ▪ Customers use their mobile phones to enter the USSD code and complete the payment.
• ▪ Successful transactions are confirmed on the checkout page.
